Business Unit Manager NetApp (60%) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for our NetApp Business Unit as well as for achieving revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• You further develop the business unit strategy and corresponding go-to-market approaches and successfully implement them together with NetApp.
• You are responsible for business and budget planning as well as forecasting and manage the relevant KPIs for the sustainable development of the business unit.
• You identify new business potentials and strategically develop existing business partners.
• You maintain and develop the strategic partnership with NetApp and position TD SYNNEX as a reliable and competent partner.
• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, develop your employees further, and create an environment where personal responsibility and collaboration are lived.
• You work closely with adjacent sales areas as well as our European and international teams and lead strategic projects.

What You Bring

• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further education at FH level or a degree, as well as several years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• You bring solid experience in B2B and channel business, ideally in the environment of data centre, enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, or AI infrastructure.
• You have experience in the strategic development and management of a business area as well as in building and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• You have leadership experience and understand how to motivate, coach, and sustainably develop employees.
• You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, strong business acumen, and a high customer and partner orientation.
• You set clear priorities, delegate effectively, and keep the crucial goals in view even in a dynamic environment.
• You are strong in communication, confident in negotiation, and present yourself convincingly to manufacturers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• You have very good German and English skills.
