Casino Interlaken AG is a significant company in the Swiss entertainment industry. With nearly 90,000 guests annually, we have been operating a land-based casino in Interlaken since 2002, providing first-class service to our guests. Our diverse team of over 60 employees from various nations and the family-like atmosphere are the heart of our success.
And because we always want to stay on the ball, we have expanded our offering since February 2020: Our online casino StarVegas brings the gaming fun directly to our customers - everywhere in Switzerland.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
At Casino Interlaken AG, you are responsible for the IT of Casino Interlaken as well as for our online casino StarVegas. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on administration and are the central contact person for all IT matters. Your mission is exciting and varied:
- You develop the IT strategy together with management, implement it in your own projects and evaluate new technologies
- You are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and ensure stable, secure and reliable operation
- You lead our small IT team and further develop it
- You manage two separate IT environments: For Casino Interlaken and StarVegas, you administer Microsoft 365, clients as well as users and permissions. At Casino Interlaken, you are additionally responsible for the on-premises networks and servers.
- You analyse and resolve faults and support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support
- You manage external IT service providers and are responsible for the IT budget as well as the procurement of hardware and software
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are exactly right in our IT team if you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in system and network administration as well as experience in project management
- Initial experience in a comparable position is an advantage, e.g. as deputy IT manager
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, networks and cloud services
- Scripting skills, for example in PowerShell or Python
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment in pursuing problems to their root
- Good German skills and very good English skills
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
