Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Experience
Tasks
- Participation and active support on construction sites in garden and landscape construction
- Leading a small work group in daily site operations
- Organising workflows in coordination with the foreman or site manager
- Execution of new installations, modifications as well as natural stone, surfacing and planting work
- Monitoring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
- Material orders and reporting
- Support in training apprentices and new employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction
- Professional experience as a foreman or willingness to take on this responsibility
- Responsible and independent working style
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
- Good manners towards customers and business partners
- Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
