What is my role?

• Independent management and administration of a diverse property portfolio

• Professional leadership of assistants or property managers

• Representation of the ownership towards tenants, authorities and craftsmen

• Ensuring the entire process from tenant termination to successful re-letting

• Coordination and implementation of all letting activities

• Inspection of properties for their structural condition and organisation of maintenance work

• Preparation of owner reports as well as control and condition reports

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate in property management

• Several years to long-standing professional experience in property management, ideally in the commercial property sector

• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as basic French skills are mandatory

• You are decisive, flexible and set clear priorities

• Even as a property professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
