Project Manager Architecture Office Basel
As an architectural firm with around 60 employees in Basel and Zurich, we develop, plan, and realise exciting and high-quality construction projects for private and public clients. We are looking for you for our office in Basel immediately or by arrangement as
Project Manager Architecture 80-100%
You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary planning team and achieve the set milestones in collaboration with the client. Responsibly and independently, you manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from feasibility study to handover to the client. This is done while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality.
You bring the following:
- Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
- At least six years of experience in Switzerland as a project manager, especially in execution planning and realisation in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
- Project management skills and ability to integrate
- Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organisational strength
- Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as creative and forward-thinking mindset
- Confident handling of common CAD and tendering programmes (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
- Great interest and sensitivity for architecture
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
