StartSuisse, a platform specialised in professional support and connecting candidates with companies in Switzerland, is looking for one of its partners for an autonomous, rigorous and versatile Maintenance Technician to join a technical team based in Geneva.

Maintenance Technician M/F/

Your tasks:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations and equipment
• Diagnose faults and identify their origin
• Carry out necessary repairs and interventions
• Perform adjustments and component replacements
• Ensure follow-up of interventions and complete maintenance documents
• Participate in the improvement and reliability of equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
• Collaborate with different departments to guarantee production continuity

Profile sought:

• Technical training in maintenance, electromechanics, mechanics or equivalent field
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity and/or automation
• Ability to diagnose and quickly resolve technical problems
• Autonomy, rigour and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in French is essential
• Driving licence: an advantage
• Availability for shift work or on-call duties as required
