Together with your Product Managers, you develop a clear vision for the value stream, create transparency about priorities and dependencies, and ensure that investments are evaluated and managed not in isolation but in the context of the entire product portfolio.
In a highly regulated environment, you balance stability, legal requirements, technological renewal and further development. At the same time, you strengthen the craft of product management, develop your employees and contribute to the cross-departmental further development of the IGS product organisation.
