Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Execution of the entire procurement process for goods and services
- Processing and follow-up of complaints (e.g. delivery delays, quality deviations) to ensure high service and delivery quality
- Maintenance of supplier, material, and product master data as well as monitoring of framework agreements and supplier performance
- Ensuring compliance with compliance and award guidelines, complete documentation of all procurement processes, and participation in P2P process improvements
- Independent execution of small sourcing events as well as support in strategic tenders, evaluations, and supplier communication
- Participation in electronic catalogs and procurement platforms as well as continuous optimization of data quality
- Support and training of key users, maintenance of intranet content
- Direct exchange with suppliers regarding delivery status, prices, availability, complaints, and tenders
Your Qualities
- Completed training in commercial or technical field with further education in purchasing
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- Experience in handling and using an ERP in the areas of materials management, logistics, supply chain, ideally Microsoft D365
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as a high IT affinity
- Experience in the energy or construction industry
- Experience with ePro systems
