IT Application Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for 1st-level support
You manage various business applications such as M365, ERP, CRM and DMS
You take on system maintenance and user administration
You train teams and ensure know-how transfer
You coordinate support cases and support IT and digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education or further training
You have experience in 1st-level support
You work independently, solution-oriented and with a sense of priorities
You learn new tools and systems quickly
You are service-oriented, communicate well and have very good German skills
