Responsibilities

Your mission

• Independently manage a station (e.g. Garde Manger/Entremetier/Saucier) – from mise en place to pass

• Hygiene & quality: work according to HACCP, clean processes, clear handovers

• Reliability: orders, goods receipt, mise en place – you keep an overview

• Teamplay: close cooperation with kitchen & service, mutual support

• Co-creation: ideas for seasonal menu, specials & presentation welcome

Requirements

Your profile

• Experience as Chef de Partie (or very strong junior cook)

• Hygiene awareness, reliability and true team player mentality

• Structured working method, resilience & joy in quality – even under pressure
