Our partner, a structure specialised in Paediatric Home Hospitalisation (HAD), is recruiting specialised nurses. This position offers the opportunity to provide technical medical care and personalised support directly at the homes of children and their families.

Your Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical care: Performing complex nursing procedures at the homes of young patients (infusions, specialised dressings, post-operative follow-up).
Ensuring clinical monitoring: Closely monitoring the children’s health status and demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to any clinical changes.
Supporting and educating: Training and supporting parents to empower them to safely manage their child’s care.
Coordinating the care pathway: Ensuring real-time communication and collaboration with hospital paediatricians and other health network professionals.
Supporting families: Providing quality relational support to reassure and guide families throughout their child’s care journey.
Qualifications
Your Profile
To meet our partner’s expectations, you must meet the following criteria:
Training: Nursing diploma complemented by a specialisation in paediatrics or proven solid experience in a paediatric setting.
Note for EU/EFTA diplomas: Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is required.
Mobility: Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
Professional skills: High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility and ease of adaptation to varied family environments.
Personal qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, listening, patience and gentleness to interact calmly with children and their relatives.
