You develop sustainable platforms that provide real added value to our teams and think of infrastructure as a product rather than an operation. With your expertise in Windows Engineering, Terraform, and Ansible, you automate processes and implement Infrastructure as Code. This enables secure, standardised, and highly automated system deployment and drives PostFinance forward sustainably.

What you can achieve

• You develop, operate, and optimise our central Windows platform and are responsible for its architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management
• You automate the deployment and configuration of Windows systems with Terraform and Ansible
• You implement the "Everything as Code" approach and drive the standardisation of our infrastructure
• You integrate security, compliance, and governance requirements into our platform services from the outset
• You ensure that our platform remains secure, stable, and future-proof
• You share your knowledge enthusiastically and contribute to establishing a modern engineering culture

What you bring with you

• Basic training in platform or application development EFZ as well as ideally experience in engineering and automation of Windows infrastructures
• Knowledge of Windows as well as tools like Terraform and Ansible and the application of Infrastructure as Code in everyday work
• Experience with API-based integrations and modern engineering practices
• Holistic thinking considering architecture, security, operations, and user experience
• Willingness to take responsibility and act independently
• Interest in new technologies as well as continuous further education, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• German as a native language and good English skills

Pay equality

This sends a clear signal for pay equality: equivalent work is remunerated within the same framework and fairly determined according to PostFinance’s salary system.
For this position, the annual salary for a 100% workload is between CHF 85,000 and 105,000. The exact salary depends on your profile and experience and may be slightly below or above this range depending on the specifics.
