What to expect:

• Generalist in controlling

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, compilation of target/actual analyses, development of forecasts and budgets

• Business partnering with a focus on planned and actual cost accounting, conducting analyses and developing data-based recommendations on cost control, efficiency metrics, and process improvement

• Analysing, preparing, and presenting financial reports, monitoring cost developments, and identifying early warning signals

• Support in implementing change processes within the framework of strategic projects

What you bring:

• Several years of relevant experience in controlling, ideally from a comparable industry

• Advanced higher education in accounting and controlling (e.g., completed degree)

• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (FI/CO), MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Pivot), as well as good knowledge of SAC

• Strong interest and experience in further developing and optimising ERP technically for comprehensive controlling

• Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a forward-looking working style

• Customer- and solution-oriented team player with assertiveness and a positive "can-do" attitude

• High social competence and communication skills
