Dipl. Nursing Specialist Medicine (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You care for and support patients in sometimes complex situations within the interprofessional treatment team
- In this role, you take responsibility for the nursing process for your assigned patients
- As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist Medicine, you manage the entire nursing process and ensure high-quality care
- You delegate tasks to nursing assistants, care aides, as well as interns and supervise them in their work
- In this role, you work closely with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist Medicine, you actively help shape a respectful and constructive team culture
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- You are characterised by an open-minded, eager-to-learn, and responsible working style
- You think ahead, are motivated, and effectively relieve the deployment team
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and good organisational skills
- You bring enthusiasm for innovation, openness to future-oriented changes, and commitment to successful team and nursing development
