To support its growth, it wishes to strengthen its teams by recruiting a Sector Manager at 100%, responsible for developing and managing clients in French-speaking Switzerland and certain areas of German-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You actively contribute to sales development in your sector by identifying new business opportunities and consolidating relationships with existing clients.
• You conduct regular visits to clients and partners to understand their needs, advise them on their projects, and develop your professional network.
• You provide personalised technical and commercial support by offering solutions tailored to various applications.
• You organise and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for users and partners.
• You work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal project follow-up and support the growth of your region.

• You have a technical education in electrotechnics, automation, building technology, or HVAC installations.
• You enjoy interacting with clients and know how to establish lasting relationships based on trust and quality service.
• You are fluent in French and German, both spoken and written.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and excellent organisational skills in managing your activities.
• You are motivated by a role combining technical expertise, advice, and commercial development.
• You are comfortable with regular travel within your sector to ensure an active presence with your clientele.
