A non-profit institution, the Dr Combe Foundation welcomes children, adolescents and adults with specific needs, whether related to a motor disability, with or without associated disorders, or to an autism spectrum disorder. It promotes the development, autonomy and well-being of its beneficiaries and offers services in the fields of education and specialised teaching, accommodation, day care, medical-therapeutic care and work in a sheltered workshop.

Our school for children with an autism spectrum disorder, opened in 2025, offers an individualised specialised pedagogy programme. The EPS Autism Spectrum Disorder Centre welcomes school-age children, 1p to 4p, and offers adapted therapies – speech therapy and occupational therapy.

Your mission

• Ensure support for pupils in a small class setting.
• Develop individualised educational projects.
• Respond specifically to the needs of each child in partnership with the parents.
• Work interdisciplinarily around the adapted educational, therapeutic and pedagogical project for each pupil.
• Encourage communication, social relationships and autonomy.

Your profile

• Degree as a social educator HES/ES (SEFRI recognition mandatory)
• Ability and motivation to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with families.
• Experience in supporting children with autism spectrum disorders and knowledge of current support practices.
• Communication skills, adaptability and flexibility.
