What is my role?

You are responsible for the scheduling and coordination of transports and vehicles. You plan routes efficiently and ensure a smooth process in daily operations. In doing so, you maintain close contact with drivers, customers, and partners. You handle order processing from acceptance to successful delivery. Additionally, you keep an eye on deadlines and delivery dates and respond flexibly to short-term changes.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training, ideally in forwarding or logistics

• Initial experience in dispatch or transport is an advantage

• Organisational talent and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Confident use of MS Office and common dispatch systems

• Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
