The Lindli-Huus (www.lindli-huus.ch) offers people with physical disabilities a self-determined, inclusive living and working environment. The residents choose this barrier-free facility themselves and receive their assistance services here, which they use independently and can benefit from a suitable work environment if needed. Lindli-Huus sees itself as a service provider that residents can rely on. Due to a planned succession, we are looking for a professionally skilled, experienced leader and communicative personality (m/f/d) who will take over the overall operational responsibility as the new management, shape the culture, and further develop the organization.

Your challenge
- Overall responsibility for operation, quality, and further development of the institution
- Leadership and coordination of the executive board as well as close cooperation with the board of trustees
- Implementation of the Self-Determination Act and further development of assistance services
- Representation of Lindli-Huus towards authorities, canton, relatives, and partner organizations
- Responsibility for budgeting, financial control, and service agreements
- Leadership of innovation and development projects (including assisted living)
- Expansion of public relations and development of fundraising activities
- Promotion of appreciative, participatory collaboration with employees and resident council
Your skills and experience
- Completed basic training; pedagogical training or solid practical experience in a social institution
- Leadership training or willingness for corresponding further education (e.g., HFP)
- Several years of leadership experience in social, pedagogical, or institutional environments
- Knowledge in inclusion, social space orientation, and the requirements of the UN CRPD
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders
- High personal maturity, resilience, empathy, and ability for dialogical leadership
