- Lead and facilitate problem analyses and identify root causes of defects
- Ensure proper handling of internal non-conformities
- Promote the development of a quality culture within workshops and ensure the application of quality procedures and standards
- Engineering or ES technician diploma in the field of quality (Switzerland)
- TQ2 diploma (Ariaq)
- 5 years of experience in problem-solving facilitation
- Ability to work in a team and unite multidisciplinary groups
- Computer literacy
