Your Responsibilities
- You are a specialist and sales expert. This way you convince new and existing customers of Helvetia and develop the very exciting customer portfolio in the Zermatt region. If you are not yet an expert, Helvetia offers you comprehensive and part-time training for this role
- At the top of your priority list is your personal and sustainable care of Helvetia customers in your sales area
- Your goal is to recognize the needs of our customers in order to offer them individual, needs-based insurance solutions
- You enjoy acquiring new customers and generating added value for them. You work independently and responsibly
- You are responsible for organizing and planning your workday
- You are successful in the area of operation because you actively network and are present
- You report directly to our sales manager and are actively involved in adapting and shaping changes
- Work location: Zermatt
Your Qualifications
- Completed training and successful, relevant professional experience
- Enjoyment in dialogue and dealing with people, customer acquisition, and customer care
- Enjoyment in customer acquisition through networking activities
- We welcome both career changers with initial experience in customer consulting / sales / distribution / relationship management, as well as experienced customer advisors from the insurance industry
- Strong skills in relationship building and self-management
- Fluent German skills are required
