Traffic Expert 80 - 100%At the Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Zurich, around 460 employees work at nine locations. Our task is road safety in the Canton of Zurich. We are responsible for the approval and inspection of vehicles and ships, for driving tests, for administrative measures, and for collecting traffic fees. For the Road Traffic Offices Zurich-Albisgütli, Bülach, Regensdorf, and Bassersdorf, we are looking for traffic experts.
Your tasks
In the area of vehicle and driving tests, you can expect varied, structured, technical tasks and intensive contact with our customers. The responsible role of the traffic expert also requires a high understanding of the legal framework of the Road Traffic Act.
What you bring
- Qualification as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist (preferably in the commercial vehicles field), agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
- Enjoy working with a wide variety of people
- A professional, confident, and respectful demeanour
- Quick comprehension and the motivation to keep your knowledge always up to date
- Minimum age 24 years and no driving licence withdrawal in the last 5 years
