Order Processing Customer Orders & Material Flow 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking to strengthen their team in scheduling and order processing. You ensure that materials and products are at the right place at the right time and act as the hub between sales, purchasing, and production:

• You convert customer orders into production orders and monitor deadlines and quantities.

• You respond to inquiries about delivery times after coordinating with production and suppliers.

• You reorder purchased parts and manage call-offs with suppliers.

• You handle complaints and quality deviations for purchased parts.

• You plan material requirements and optimise deliveries, batch sizes, and packaging.

• You, together with your team, ensure optimal stock levels.

What do I need to be successful?

• A technical education in metal or electronics, or a commercial education with experience in industry.

• Knowledge in purchasing, materials management, and logistics.

• Experience with an ERP system and understanding of the processes behind it.

• Confident use of common Office programmes.

• Very good German and solid English.

• An independent, reliable manner and enjoyment of teamwork.

• A desire to question and improve processes.
