• Responsibility for installation, configuration, and maintenance of PLM system landscapes including server operation, updates, patches, and hotfixes
• Analysis of professional requirements and transformation into sustainable, Teamcenter-compliant technical concepts following the principle "Standard before Customising"
• Modelling and configuration of data structures, processes, lifecycles, workflows, and permissions with BMIDE and Active Workspace
• Development and implementation of extensions such as ITK, AWC extensions, workflow handlers, and services with a focus on upgradeability and clean architecture
• Integration of Teamcenter into adjacent systems such as CAD, ERP/SAP, or ALM including import, export, and synchronization processes
• Support of deployment, release, and operational processes including testing, error analysis, and technical documentation
• Close collaboration with IT and specialist departments as well as active participation in the further development of the PLM system landscape

• Completed technical or IT-related training or studies as well as experience in the Teamcenter environment
• Sound knowledge of Teamcenter AWC, BMIDE, workflows & lifecycles, permission models, and Active Workspace extensions
• Experience in the development and extension of Teamcenter solutions with ITK, C++, SOA and REST services, as well as workflow handlers and business rules
• Understanding of standard-compliant PLM solutions and upgradeable customising following the principle "Configuration First"
• Experience with system architectures, interface definitions, and the integration of CAD, ERP/SAP, and ALM systems
• Confident handling of Oracle databases, data imports, PowerShell & batch scripting, as well as deployment and release processes
• Structured, communicative, and team-oriented working style as well as the ability to convey technical content understandably to different stakeholders
