Maintenance Team Leader for the Fribourg Region (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Lead your team of service technicians (maintenance and repair) with enthusiasm and closeness
• Ensure the quality of service and contractual performance on site
• Collaborate with the repair service to identify needs and work to be undertaken
• Carry out productive maintenance tasks (maintenance, repair and minor fixes)
• Manage and monitor key indicators
• Team scheduling (on-call service and backup)

• Completed technical or electrical training, for example as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or electrician
• Professional experience in service or repairs
• Ideally knowledge of the lift sector
• Proven leadership experience
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an asset
• Dynamic, efficient and solution-oriented
