We are looking for an employee in the Human Resources Department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Support in personnel administration from entry to exit
- Maintenance of personnel files and master data
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and references
- Participation in payroll processing
- Contact person for employees in personnel-related questions
- Support in recruiting processes and onboarding
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in human resources
- First professional experience in the HR field is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally HR software
- Discretion, reliability, and team spirit
- Structured and independent working style
