Mission :
As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to medium voltage (MV) installations within industrial infrastructures. You operationally lead your team to ensure safe, high-quality execution in compliance with current standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Actively participating in MV work: installation of MV cells, laying and connecting MV lines, setting up MV/LV transformers and associated equipment.
- Supervising, motivating and distributing tasks within your team while ensuring efficient progress of the work.
- Adapting interventions to site constraints and checking the availability, condition and proper use of specialised MV equipment.
- Controlling the conformity of electrical installations, optimising material use and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Strictly enforcing safety rules, checking PPE, identifying risks and immediately stopping work in case of danger.
- Carrying out measurements, documenting key information and reporting needs and discrepancies to the site manager / works supervisor.
- Training, supporting and evaluating employees, while ensuring work quality and meeting deadlines.
Profile :
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as network electrician, electrical installer or equivalent recognised training.
- Proven practical experience (5 years) in medium voltage installations (cells, transformers, lines, wiring).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, convey technical instructions and maintain cohesion.
- Strong sense of safety, rigour, organisation and responsiveness to unforeseen situations.
- Dynamic, meticulous, responsible, solution-oriented person.
- Driving licence.
