Job description
• Provide basic care, hygiene and comfort, with a holistic approach to the resident
• Support residents in their daily lives, offering help and assistance while respecting
their autonomy and needs
• Foster a warm and respectful environment conducive to their well-being
• Ensure accurate handovers and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to guarantee
optimal and harmonious care
• Actively participate in the residents’ life project, closely aligned with their needs and
expectations
Profile sought
• Federal professional training certificate (AFP) as ASA or equivalent recognised qualification
• Training in "Good practices in care delegation"
• Minimum of 2 years confirmed professional experience, ideally in a care home
• Comfortable with people presenting cognitive disorders and showing genuine interest
in elderly persons
• Impeccable hospital hygiene
• Proficiency in spoken and written French
• Proficiency with common IT tools, knowledge of Sadies DIR is an asset
• Dynamic, empathetic and attentive personality, demonstrating patience, kindness
and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent team spirit and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
