Application Supporter / IT Specialist, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You coordinate and resolve technical support cases of customers in cooperation with the internal specialist departments
• In addition, you take project responsibility for the integration of the software products into the customers’ IT landscapes
• Furthermore, you analyse and rectify faults 
• As an IT contact person, you represent the company externally and contribute to the company’s success with your decisions
• Participation in testing complex technical components as well as contributing inputs for the further development of the software round off your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as an IT specialist and ideally already have experience in application support
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as consulting is required
• French language skills are an advantage but not expected
• Do you also describe yourself as customer- and service-oriented as well as proactive and reliable?
