🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 5* hospitality is an advantage
Friendly demeanor, politeness and discretion towards our international guests
Well-groomed appearance and physical resilience
High commitment
Professional manners in German and English are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
📄 YOUR TASKS
Ensuring a smooth and professional operation throughout the hotel during the night
Conducting regular security rounds (including the outdoor area) during the night
Receiving, forwarding and delivering room service orders during the night
Taking over concierge tasks as well as handling individual guest requests (e.g. provision of additional items) in the absence of the housekeeping team
Handling all tasks at the front office including cash management and daily closings
Responsible for discreet, reserved & attentive 5-star service according to LHW, Forbes, FHR and house standards
