About the job

Your mission:

Study and propose any process improvements to reduce production costs, and actively participate in the development of our work tools.

• Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures and quality requirements
• Create articles as well as manufacturing and quality control ranges, including packaging choice
• Analyse customer specifications and conduct feasibility studies
• Analyse and define the most suitable available production means
• Establish production cost references and determine standards
• Perform pre-calculations and post-calculations
• Provide technical support to various departments as needed

Your professional skills:

Essential: experience in the metallurgical field. You know metal transformation processes and their constraints: this is the key to being effective from day one.

• Federal VET Diploma in a technical field or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of MS Office tools
• ERP and CAD knowledge; knowledge of Logyplan is an asset
• Fluency in spoken and written French; German and English are a plus

• Ease in communication, customer orientation and sense of responsibility
