Head of Finance, Controlling & HR 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you take on a central role and lead the areas of Finance, Controlling and HR

• You are a business partner to the CEO, the executive management and the operational leaders

• In the Finance area, you are responsible for accounting, reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting as well as liquidity planning and work closely with banks and auditors

• You manage tax, compliance and risk management topics and further develop financial processes and systems

• In Controlling, you build a powerful system, optimise management reporting, define meaningful KPIs and analyse the performance of the business units

• You create transparency about result and cost drivers and derive concrete measures together with the operational managers

• In the HR area, you lead and further develop operational HR, ensure professional HR processes and support personnel planning and recruitment

• You link financial planning with personnel planning

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid training in finance, controlling, HR or business administration

• Several years of professional experience in finance, controlling and HR with leadership experience

• Very good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital

• Extensive experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling

• Experience in a decentralised, industrial or B2B environment is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatism and implementation strength

• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and strong communication skills
