Residential Specialist 50 - 70%
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of the four clients on the autism spectrum in everyday life as well as promotion of their developmental potential
- Cooperative key worker role
- Close coordination with the team for a shared pedagogical approach and for the structured organisation of daily life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
You bring with you:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people on the autism spectrum
- Observational skills and enjoyment in respectful support of people
- Openness to new solutions and to reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
