As a station customer assistant, you enable travellers with reduced mobility to enjoy a comfortable and personalised journey. As the face of the SBB, you inform and assist our customers daily with care. In addition to providing information and support to customers, you perform some logistical tasks. You play an important role in the mobility of the future and influence customer satisfaction. For internal SBB employees, there is also the possibility to perform this role as an internship.

What you can get moving.

• You assist individual travellers with reduced mobility to board, alight and change trains.
• You professionally handle customer requests, providing support and information; you help them use ticket vending machines, the SBB apps and luggage lockers.
• You ensure the readiness for use of facilities and work equipment.
• You perform logistical tasks such as managing luggage, bicycles, brochures, lost property, etc.
• You carry out these activities throughout the Ticino service area.

What you bring with you.

• You enjoy direct contact with customers and have a strong customer and service orientation.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• You have manual skills and an interest in a variety of activities.
• You have good knowledge of the Office suite and an interest and ability to use digital tools (apps, mobile, etc.).
• You have completed basic vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (AFC).
• You have C1 level in Italian and B1 level in German; French and English help to complete the profile.
