About the job
What you can achieve
- You lead and develop our three-person IT Operations team and actively participate in day-to-day business.
- You work hands-on with our server, infrastructure, and system landscape.
- You ensure the stable, secure, and GxP-compliant operation of production IT.
- You analyse and resolve complex faults, identify their causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
- You optimise existing operational processes and drive standardisation, automation, and monitoring forward.
- You coordinate internal and external IT partners and ensure reliable support operations including deployment planning and on-call organisation.
What you bring with you
- Education or further training in computer science (HF, FH or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in engineering and operating server and infrastructure environments.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, virtualisation, and production-related IT systems.
- You are willing to work staggered daytime hours, aligned with the operating hours of our production, as well as occasional on-call duty.
- Enjoyment of technical challenges and a hands-on working style.
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on professional and personnel leadership responsibility for a small team.
- Very good German and good English skills.
