Your versatile tasks
Control of arrival, remaining, and departure rooms according to our high standard
Cleaning of our guest rooms, suites, apartments, public toilets, and staircases
Minibar and floor office ordering
Active support of the team in daily business and in the in-house laundry
Representation of the housekeeping manager and deputy manager during their absence
Assistance with deep cleaning in all areas of the resort
Assistance with training and further education of employees and apprentices
Implementation and adherence to our hygiene guidelines, quality standards, and occupational safety
Your profile
Completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or as a hotel employee EBA
One year of professional experience in a similar role in upscale hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German, English skills are an advantage
Professional as well as guest- and service-oriented demeanor
Organizational talent with a high sense of quality and responsibility
Hands-on mentality, you like to pitch in and are ready to help with daily tasks
Empathetic, cheerful, and motivated personality with joy in collaborating with various departments of our house
