experienced Boutique Director for its flagship location in Geneva. This
role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-end retail environments,
combines commercial vision with impeccable service standards, and knows how to
cultivate meaningful relationships with sophisticated clientele (U-HNWI).
The Position
As
Boutique Director, you will oversee the boutique's performance, team, and client
strategy. You will drive business growth, elevate the customer journey, and
enhance the boutique's positioning within Geneva's competitive luxury scene.
Your leadership will ensure excellence in operations, image, and client
relations.
Business Development & Sales
- Shape and
implement the boutique's commercial strategy to grow revenue and client
engagement.
- Develop
partnerships, identify new client opportunities, and nurture a loyal
clientele base.
- Use CRM insights
to steer clienteling initiatives and strengthen repeat business.
- Represent the
boutique at selected luxury and community events to broaden visibility.
Client Experience
- Uphold a culture
of exceptional service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the
maison's standards.
- Oversee
after-sales care and personalised follow-up to reinforce long-term
relationships.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and
motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding
client experience.
- Support team
development through training, feedback, and recognition.
Operations
- Ensure accurate
stock management, reporting, and control of KPIs.
- Maintain the
boutique's presentation and compliance with all brand guidelines and
procedures.
Your Profile
- Several years'
successful experience in luxury retail / boutique management.
- Strong
background in business development, client acquisition, and relationship
building.
- Solid
understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
- Analytical
mindset with confidence working with KPIs and CRM tools.
- Polished
communication skills; fluency in French and English is a must.
