Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as a Junior Property Manager for an established company in the real estate sector.
Our client is a successful company with a diverse real estate portfolio and professional management processes. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a specialist who supports the management of residential and commercial properties and wishes to develop further in the real estate field in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Support in the independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Organisation and accompaniment of apartment inspections, handovers, and viewings
Coordination and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
Handling general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ, ideally with further training as a property management clerk or equivalent training in the real estate sector
Initial professional experience in property management
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, experience with real estate software is an advantage
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
