YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
In the 18-month trainee program, you will go through various countries, locations, and departments with a clear focus on sales, project, and customer management. Each rotation lasts 3 to 6 months and includes the following key areas:
- Project Management: Learning and applying project management tools as well as active participation and responsibility in customer and sales projects
- Bid Management & Sales Support: Assisting with international tenders, preparing offers, calculations, and contract documents in close cooperation with sales, engineering, and project management
- Full-Service and Modernisation & Repair (M&R): Building a solid understanding of the vehicle lifecycle, maintenance concepts, as well as service and maintenance offerings as sales arguments
- Hands-on Insight into Maintenance: Practical work in the service environment to thoroughly understand products, services, and customer needs, an important basis for successful sales
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, or business administration
- Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, and motivation to "go the extra mile"
- International mobility, also beyond the program
- Strong commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, analytical, and social skills
- Interest and ability to build a strong internal network
- Independent working style and enjoyment of collaboration in international teams
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
