Service Technician Internal and External 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this exciting role, you analyse, repair and test devices and accessories according to the highest quality standards. With your solid technical know-how, you also make an important contribution to training our international sales partners at the main site. You carry out systematic inventories of all incoming repairs and take care of the subsequent repairs and function tests. In doing so, you ensure that all process, work and test regulations are complied with and document everything carefully in the ERP. You ensure comprehensible and consistent product documentation with a complete history and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

What do I need to be successful?

You have successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, production mechanic or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in troubleshooting devices. You are characterised by very precise work and a high awareness of quality. You are willing and flexible for occasional service assignments in the DACH region. You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are also desirable. You approach your tasks analytically, independently and reliably. You are an initiative-taking and team-oriented personality with flexible availability and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others.
