Your Tasks
- Individual and professional care and support of residents according to the care process
- Responsibility for careful care documentation
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Contributing to a respectful and supportive environment for the residents
- Working in early and late shifts
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in long-term care or interest in it
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and strong team orientation
- Flexibility and resilience
