We are looking for a
Your Tasks
- You will further develop our recruitment process and support us in building a social media strategy for employee acquisition
- You will accompany our leaders in the recruitment process, are responsible for the pre-selection, and conduct professional interviews
- With your solid HR experience, you will also support the team in the administrative HR tasks from A-Z
- During the vacation absences of your colleagues, you will competently take over their representation
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as well as further education in the HR field (federal diploma level)
- In addition, you have solid experience in recruiting specialists
- You are well-versed in social media and professional networks
- Umantis, Prospective, SAP, and MS Office are not foreign words for you
- You are an HR professional with a convincing, confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Flexibility, team spirit, humor, and pragmatism are among your strengths
