Mission:
Reporting to the Education Director, the Junior Education Manager will be responsible for the coordination of Healthcare professionals educational programs.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Coordinate Global, regional or local Academies for surgeons in collaboration with the event manager.
- Scrub at anatomical stations during academies.
- Support the organization of Global and regional educational summits.
- Organize and attend peer to peer visitations and organize roadshows
- Provide occasionally surgery support on all our product range.
- Coordinate HCP contract requests or other administrative requirements up to 25%
Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in medical devices.
- Fluent English, French a strong plus, Spanish/German a plus.
- Spine clinical and surgical knowledge mandatory.
- Project management skills.
- Self-drive, adaptability to changes and capability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and capacity to interact with exigent customers and partners.
- Good computer (especially power point and excel) and writing skills.
- Organized – Sense of priorities and details.
- Proactive attitude – Focus on customers’ needs.
- Flexible – Travel 30-35%.
- Driving licence mandatory.
- Position based in Plan les Ouates (GE), Switzerland.
Candidates without proven spine experience will not be considered for this role.
The candidate must be based (or willing to relocate) in or near Geneva.
