Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Siemens Control

Activities

Set up and machine complex components on 3- to 5-axis machining centres
Optimise and continuously monitor manufacturing processes
Independently set up CNC milling machines
Create CNC programmes at modern programming stations depending on the place of work
Carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the machines

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical qualification
Extensive practical experience with 5-axis machining centres, ideally with Siemens controls
Knowledge in programming multi-axis CNC milling machines
Willingness to work in 2 shifts depending on the place of work
High initiative, teamwork skills and communication strength
