Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing in 2-Shift Operation
Activities
- Setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
- Quality assurance and quality control of manufactured parts
- Optimising and adjusting existing CNC programmes
- Creating production documents and conducting first article inspections
- Active participation in continuous process improvement
- Monitoring production machines and manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic (mandatory)
- Independent, structured and precise working method
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a regulated two-shift operation (early shift 06:00–15:00, late shift 15:00–00:00).
