Retail Specialist, 30%
LOLA Mattenhof and LOLA Lorraine are organic stores in the city of Bern with a diverse range of food and other items. LOLA offers people with substance use problems supervised workplaces and daily structure.
Your tasks are:
- Customer advice and service
- Cash register responsibility
- Ordering and assortment maintenance
- Assortment responsibility
- Supervision of apprentices and clients
- Main place of work is LOLA Mattenhof, possibly with a few assignments at LOLA Lorraine
- Service on Sunday mornings (irregular, 1-2 times/month)
You bring/You are:
- Training as a retail specialist EFZ (food sector advantageous) or experience in sales
- Interest in guiding and collaborating with people with special biographies
- Resilient, flexible, and responsible
