• Professional diagnosis and therapy of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in neurological patients, especially those with tracheal cannulas
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of individual therapy plans to improve swallowing function and communication ability
• Carrying out decannulation measures in close collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and physiotherapists
• Guidance and counselling of patients, relatives, and nursing staff in handling tracheal cannulas
• Documentation and evaluation of therapy progress according to clinical standards

• Completed studies in speech therapy (with EDK recognition or willingness to obtain it)
• Certified further training in tracheal cannula management or willingness to complete it
• Experience in rehabilitative therapy, dysphagia, and tracheal cannula management or interest in professional development
• Enjoy working independently and closely with patients in an interprofessional team
• Sense of responsibility, willingness to reflect, and high social and communication skills
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
