Clerk Export and Transport Administration 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF72,000 - 81,900Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You coordinate national and international transports by road, rail, sea, and air and ensure timely processing
You prepare the required shipping, transport, and export documents and monitor correct execution
You coordinate goods provision and work closely with the warehouse, freight forwarders, and internal departments
You manage rail transports including wagon orders, coordination with transport partners, and checking freight invoices
You support national truck dispatch and take on deputising roles within the team
You ensure correct goods issue postings in the ERP system and assist with operational processes related to shipping and logistics
You are the contact person for drivers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding transport-related questions
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education as export/import clerk or comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in export processing and international transport logistics
Good knowledge of shipping, export, and transport processes
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Structured, resilient, and reliable working style
Team-oriented and communicative personality with strong organisational talent
