• You manage the maintenance and cleanliness of rooms and public areas

• You establish the task distribution in collaboration with the General Housekeeper

• You handle specific guest requests with responsiveness and discretion

• You supervise the quality control of rooms after cleaning

• You establish daily communication with other departments

• You supervise the supply and management of cleaning products

• You manage unforeseen situations calmly and professionally

• You have proven experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality

• You supervise with rigor, attention to detail, and team spirit

• You manage priorities efficiently and autonomously

• You master office tools and hotel software

• You speak English to ensure communication with an international clientele
