The association sintegrA Zürich is a social organisation that has been committed for over 30 years to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments and operates various services in four enterprises.

For the Integration Measures operation, we are looking for an Integration Specialist/Job Coach from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

In collaboration with the SVA Zürich, sintegrA Zürich offers integration programmes for people who have suffered performance losses due to a mental crisis and/or impairment. The aim of the programme is to enable participants to achieve a work capacity of at least 50% upon completion. Our concept provides that already in the first months of the integration process, hourly assignments are carried out at an external training workplace in the primary labour market.

Your area of responsibility

• Case management as a key contact person with regular progress discussions
• Developing and continuously reviewing individual target agreements with a view to permanent employment in the primary labour market
• Close cooperation with IV integration advisors, treating professionals, authorities, etc.
• Documenting integration processes and writing IV reports
• Acquisition of trial placements, training workplaces and permanent positions
• Coaching clients and employers at the training workplaces
• Leading a competence module tailored to your training and interests

Your profile

• Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or equivalent qualification (FH or University)
• Additional training or experience in career guidance and counselling is an advantage
• Professional experience with people with mental performance impairments
• Professional experience in labour market integration as well as knowledge of the social insurance system
• Committed and engaging personality with strong social, counselling and acquisition skills
• High resilience, good communication skills and enjoyment of independent work
• Negotiation skills, innovative thinking and creative problem-solving
• Willingness to contribute to a respectful, loyal and humourful team culture
