Recruitment Consultant for the Craft Industry (m/f/d) 100% Zurich Region
As a recruitment consultant, you are the central interface between our client companies and our employees. You take full responsibility for recruitment, placement, and personal support in the craft sector and are significantly responsible for the success of your client portfolio.You identify the personnel needs of your clients, find suitable specialists, and ensure that open positions are filled quickly, efficiently, and sustainably. By actively building new client relationships and maintaining existing partnerships, you contribute significantly to the growth of our company.
At the same time, you accompany and support our employees during their assignments. Through regular contact, you ensure high satisfaction and act as a competent contact person for all concerns.
Another important part of your role is the continuous recruitment of new specialists. You conduct interviews, build a strong candidate pool, and ensure that vacancies can always be filled promptly and with high quality.
